Wagamama noticed that the majority saw their chain as somewhere to pop into for a quick bite and not a ‘last stop’ destination. During the daytime, their restaurants would be packed out and by the time evening came around it would be a complete ghost town.

 

To change popular opinion we created rotatable placemats that highlighted that Wagamama serves light, high-energy food during the day and heavier more filling meals for dinner.
